Maple has lived in the forest her whole life. And being born without eyes hasnt held her back at all. Often using her wings to feel abut her surroundings, or hypnotising small animals to be her eyes for her.

Today, she wanted to try running, and so hypnotises a group of birds to guide her as she goes. How far can she get before she trips?

I’m displeased with Alumy again. I dunno. I just feel like their mods are not as professional, or at least moderator-like as they should be.

But it could just be my longstanding displeasure at how they hoard their own spec.

Seeing so many vents on this (and the other blog) regarding species that are or used to primarily be on instagram is.. kind of wild LMAO

Alumy, Sollems (who as far as I know didn’t do anything bad? The recent stuff I heard was the old owner deleted everything which is.. wow) Howltars— man I remember all of them from when I first got into CS, and they were big, too. Kind of strange to see them all popping back up around the same time.

I don’t really have any deep observations to make about this or anything it’s just an interesting trend I’ve noticed. CS on instagram seem to be dying out as a whole (which mechanically, makes sense— IG isn’t really the most conducive to hosting any species outside of adopts) but the correlation with them popping up on these blogs around the same time is definitely interesting. I’m sure there’s something more to read into there with the fact that instagram communities can kind of be.. a mess, to put things lightly, but I don’t know. It’s not my place to say. Those are just my two-cents as an outside observer and chronic lurker in the community.

The Alumy species is getting on my nerves.

The mods keep buying all of the premade adopts out from under people. That has continually happened with this recent “Minecraft” themed adopt wave.

They have done this for as long as I’ve been in the server. And every time I buy an adopt out from under them, that one of them wants, I get a sick sense of satisfaction.

What makes this worse is they had the “poll” about an adopt cooldown, but god forbid they don’t over-purchase their own species.

I’m the Alumy anon back again. It’s so crazy, the Lorekeeper website isn’t finished, and btw they JUST came back from a massive break, and I’m just honestly really disappointed with the way the staff act and handle situation. It feels really Cliquey
