My very first Sonic OC finally got a proper makeover :3 Sonya L.S. used to be my online persona many years ago, when I was still in my late teens... I've grown up quite a bit since then, but this character still takes a warm place in my heart 💖

Flowers! An experiment with colored pencils on tinted paper. This is the first time I'm doing full color on a non-white background... Made some mistakes and discovered I need to underpaint all bright objects with white pencil!

Urrkian person.

Planet Urrk. When urrkians were leaving, their native planet was dying. Most of it was covered in black sand and crystal roots of underground trees (crystal roots look like uneven columns sticking out of black sand on this picture). Giant red sun could no longer provide enough light for life to thrive on the surface, but underground was quickly dying out too, because of an ancient fungus rising to the surface from the depths of the planet and killing off all life in the underground caves. It was decided to risk everything and leave.
