Took a little break from Art Fight attacks to do these two little comics with my characters Soren and Alvina! I haven’t drawn these two in a hot minute. I was already feeling inspiration for working with them again growing, but then I got TWO attacks for them on AF and I was just so surprised and happy to see that and it fueled my inspiration even more!!! And one of those attackers knows who they are on here, hehe~💙 I really love these two honestly. Even though I haven’t gotten to work with them for a while, they’ve lingered in my mind. I just really love their dynamic and they’re honestly really easy to think up scenarios/interactions for. Though I have to admit, I wish I wrote the dialog in these better. It just feels off…. probably because I usually go through a couple revisions before settling on something that feels good, but I didn’t feel like doing that this time… 😅 But I felt it was still good enough to share, at least, so apparently it doesn’t bother me that much!  Also I’m trying to figure out a consistent way to draw Soren’s hair… I’ll settle on something eventually…. >w> Looking up more references would probably help. And I’m trying to experiment with different handles for his sword too… I need to just do some practice concept sketches some time I think, lol. Bonus close-up pic of Alvina trying so hard to blow Soren up! 😂
