Requests Open

We havent updated this blog in a long time but i noticed that in light of Jonghyun’s passing alot of you have started to like/reblog and even request songs. So, in honor of Jonghyun and his legacy not only in SHINee but also as a solo artist, I ask that you send in your requests and we will post them as promptly as possible.

Honestly I haven’t been able to bring myself to listen to SHINee music or any music at all since the news. But I feel like this blog that I made together with my sister all the way back in 2013 may help serve as a ray of hope and rememberance for how much he spread joy and love into our lives, just as all five members did. This blog hasn’t been updated in a long time due to our lives getting busier and lack of time but we have still faithfully followed SHINee throughout the years; and we still plan to. I love you all and I love you Jonghyun, you did well.

Although the pain seems like it will never go away, I will ALWAYS support SHINee. I just want to acknowledge the strength these boys have to stand strong and prepare this comeback for us.

Seeing how Key is aware of the negativity going on online is heartbreaking. Yes, it’s heartbreaking for fans to deal with the loss of Jonghyun (trust me, I was conflicted about the comeback as well) but just imagine how hard it is for the members... And here we are fighting each other and encouraging each other to boycott the comeback because it’s “just for marketing”.

Why are we so insensitive? There was no need to fight or encourage people to boycott their activities as FOUR. The comeback wasn’t just for us but for THEM to cope. They wanted to be together more than anything. It was what made them happy and motivated them to work harder to keep the group intact. They NEVER once excluded Jonghyun. They always mentioned him when they can (when it was appropriate and/or when they could mentally handle it).

I just wish people will be more sensitive to their feelings because they’re trying their best for us and the least we could do is to try our best for them. We’re in this together.
