Live life humbly and unapologetic. I have been on this journey for a little over a year. During that time I have been laughed at, criticized, blocked, unfriended, ignored and just been hurt (even by those who are close to me). I'm reminded that the people that did these things either were afraid, never been overweight or just don't understand why I do what I do.. So here it is! *Being Overweight is Hard *Being Depressed is Hard *Not Loving yourself is Hard *Change is Hard *Eating Healthy is Hard *Exercising is Hard *Pushing yourself to do it is Hard *Being criticized while you are doing it is Hard *Being criticized cause you're on a "Diet" and YOU EAT is Hard *Not being supported is Hard *Doing it alone is Hard *Watching others give up on themselves is Hard I could go on..All these things I have experienced. No one got me to where I am, I DID IT by the Grace of Our Good Lord. So why am I #Beachbodycoach? I do it because the person who takes the 1st step is going to experience all these HARD things. I want them have someone to tell them that THEY CAN!!! TO NOT GIVE UP!! That's Why I do It. (Even if they do) I will live Humbly and Unapologetic.
