The water base is comprised of Acer Mono Sap (39%) + Phellinus linteus extract while the oil base is Argan oil (vitamin E), Shea butter (Superb moisturizing component), Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil (natural oil containing saturated fat) and Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil (antioxidant / plenty of vitamin C, E). What is steam technology? From what I can find, it is what is used to preserve the potency of the ingredients by steaming them first. All fused together by a shot of steam.
