That...worked surprisingly well! I didn't think the rooms were going to line up in real proportions like the dice did. I don't know what the objective is yet, but I figured having a hint of where I need to go may help. With #pocketlands you pick a cardinal direction, roll a d6 or flip another card, and the corresponding square is the next terrain type you enter. Welp, the first quest seems like more of an errand, really. Sketching helped tonight. I needed it today. Just the tactile sense of the pencil on paper helped ground me. I like the goofy simplicity of this. The rapier I want to use to honor my family doesn't seem to translate to the small scale.
