Used a dice rolling app to see how full of a #fouragainstdarkness party we'd be starting with. One. Ok. I'll try out the monk for the first time. Crafting kick! This is totally the beginning of a genius DM screen, I swear. Something I've felt missing from my kit(s) for a while is a way to do simple, rules-as-written, core 4AD with minimal set up. Welp. That hurt. Angrim is down, but not out. This is not #fouragainstdarkness RAW, Angrim would be dead now. I find it more interesting to introduce injuries, permanent conditions, and the choice of the other party members to act as medic instead of attacking. I consider the classes "constitution" as the number in their HP formula and use that many "blood dice" to roll their status.
