baby, just let me bleed in peace
hi hi hello if you like any of my silly little thoughts you may like my silly little fic!! grace-centric, 31k word oneshot (whoops)
Grace Chasity has spent her entire life doing as she's told. She speaks when prompted and listens when not, she follows every rule and meets every deadline, she reads her bible and recites her prayers and she is as good as she can possibly be. It's okay that she doesn't have any friends outside of church, because God is enough. God has always been enough. Good girls don't want anything or anyone more than God watching over them, always by their side, and Grace has always tried her best to be good. It has never hurt like this. Alternatively: Grace watches from the sidelines as the others grow close and she keeps herself at arm's length. This has no detrimental impact on her psyche whatsoever.
no archive warnings, but it does deal a bit with intrusive thoughts, sensory overload, panic attacks, religious guilt, dissociation, temporary muteness, and a couple very brief mentions of self-harm. which looks bad but there's a LOT of comfort and also a happy ending i promise

tightrope
hello again :] much shorter fic than the last one, 2.6k words, centered around grace & max in an everybody lives au
Grace and Max have gotten into their fair share of fights since moving in together, but rarely one quite this bad. Grace is ready to crawl out of her skin when she finally gets the call.
no archive warnings, a bit of injury, some low self esteem, a bit of mentioned self-harm, not explicit. just something quiet and a little softer that i really wanted to work on
