There weren't may of his friends that Pedro had keys for their residences, but then again there weren't many of his friends Pedro had this kind of relationship with. He kept her key with the rest of them - the ones he used all the time, his car, his house - so he always had it available when he needed to visit his good friend Alycia for some no-strings-attached sex. It was an arrangement that worked, after a messy night several years ago and realizing how compatible they were in the bedroom, they mutually agreed to continue to sleep together but as friends, doing each other a service. He let himself into Alycia's home and dropped his keys and took off his shoes like it was his own. "Lea?" He called out, stepping further away from the entryway, a smirk spread across his lips as he called again, "Daddy's home."

There were so many highlights in 2023 that if I tried to post about them I would take up the entire grid, and I am so grateful for every opportunity that has been thrown my way. The cherry on top was my little girl. I am beyond thankful every day that I am walking through this wild ride called life with my best friend, and we were both loopy enough to double dare each other to start a family together.
