30 Days of Character Development -- Day Twelve
Do they get along with their partner, if they have one? If they do not have one, what do they feel about the prospect of getting one?
Well, Steven’s partner is on hiatus, so... But I did have her as a partner before as Reno, and I’m strongly certain that he will like her. We haven’t had a chance to RP yet, but I certainly look forward to it!
30 Days of Character Development -- Day Eleven
How do they feel about the Core?
His feelings towards the Core are a little complicated, but it definitely doesn’t feel like home. He doesn’t want it to feel like home. He feels kind of trapped there, even though he can move freely wherever he wants. It’s overwhelming by it’s massive size, and it’s a place he’s so unfamiliar with, and he’s scared of it. He tries not think about it and attempts to make the best of the Core -- and all of Amaranth, for that matter.

Do they miss their home world?
YES
Steven greatly misses Earth and he desperately wishes he could back. It’s killing him to know that it was destroyed and he can’t go back, and this is stirring into a whole new slew of emotional turmoil that this poor child literally doesn’t need. Literally, someone save him before he dies. Again.
30 Days of Character Development -- Day Nine
What is their favorite pastime?
Steven has a lot of pastimes, such as playing his ukulele or watching TV or reading books or reading video games. But his most favourite often lie in other people, such as playing with Connie, or seeing his father, or chilling out with the Crystal Gems.
He’s rather relaxed in his personal life, often doing whatever he feels like doing. For this, he doesn’t really have much a favourite pastime since he always has time to do whatever he wants. Therefore, it’s hard to pinpoint what his exact favourite pastime since he really seems to enjoy... everything!
30 Days of Character Development -- Day Eight
Do they have any favorite childhood memories?
A lot of Steven’s childhood memories are him spending time with his father at the car wash or in the van. (Since Steven’s early years were spent inside a van, I’m pretty sure.)
But he seems to have a favourite memory, which would be when he and his father went on a trip and his father bought him a very special G.U.Y.S toy; the Ranger with the miscoloured hat. That toy (and the trip) was very special to him. Though, I don’t believe it was ever specified what really happened on the trip other than Greg bought Steven a toy and also they went to a good place to eat.

Who is the most important person to them?
That is a very tough question, especially for a boy who tends to love with all his heart, has three moms, a dad, and a crush. He loves his father very much, whom he grew up with and spends a lot of of his time with. The Crystal Gems are very important to him, for they teach him things no one else can, and spend time with him, and they protect him his Earth from the invasion of the Diamonds.
But I think the most important person to Steven is probably Connie. She’s listens to him and comforts him when he needs it, and she’s the person he can go to when he has no one else. She’s the only person he can tell everything to without having to worry about her becoming upset, especially about topics involving his mom.

What would you say their greatest strengths and flaws are?
Strengths: the ability to bring humour to any situation, to hold himself together when stressed, dedication, the ability to see good in others (mostly), has many defensive and supportive powers, passion, honest.
Weakness: will hold onto things/ignore a problem until it becomes a bigger one (especially emotionally), can be overzealous/naive/overexcited/reckless, lacks self-worth/self-confidence, very emotional/sensitive, sometimes too passionate, easily attached, too strong a desire to help people.
