the hermit: favourite way to spend the day alone

very very similar to my ideal day but i would probably also turn my phone off and stick it in a drawer so that i’m more or less invisible for the day. also i would finish at least two books, and probably have a bubble bath. 

the chariot: a prize or award you’ve won

i hold (what the former dean assured me was) the unique distinction of being the only english history major at my university to accidentally be awarded the Dean’s List prize two years in a row - normally it’s a final year prize. thanks to a computer error, i received it twice.  

also once i won tickets to see jedward and it was the most hilarious thing i’ve ever done.

skill at spelling: quite good, i would think/hope! obviously as you can see on tumblr i don’t really bother with punctuation or capitalization, but i swear, it’s good!!!

three words that describe you: giant momma bear 

morning lark or night owl?: is there like an afternoon tit-mouse option? probably morning lark if i had to pick, though. i’m a pissbaby who goes to bed at 9pm on most days

hogwarts house: a mix of ravenclaw and slytherin

season of the year right now: cool for the summer! i love summer. though i’ve been especially sneezy this summer

do you like coffee?: unfortunately, yes. too much.

book you had to read that you hated: i’m not sure if it’s actually this book, or if i’m mixing it up with another one, but if it is this one, then it is the supernaturalist by eoin colfer. i was in grade five around and i just couldn’t get into it at all

favourite poet: can i count shakespeare as one? if so, then shakespeare. if not, then probably e.e. cummings.
