The young girl had manged to throw together a little bit of everything together from the fridge, finishing with a pile of uncooked seitan strips. The whole thing was a mess - just a mash of ingredients that really didn’t go together.

Still, she looked quite pleased with herself as she looked over at her uncle. Beaming, she slid the stacked plate over and motioned towards the oven. Apparently expecting him to shove the whole thing into it.

Whitewashed OCs

An apology in advance, for all you wonderful people that draw my characters for me. I really appreciate it, especially when it’s an art request and you’re taking time out of your busy schedule to draw something for me, without getting anything in return. I love each and every one of you! <3

But Roxanne and Amane have dark skin for a reason. They take after their their mother - they aren’t pale like their father. So it really bothers me when they are drawn to look Caucasian. They are not white. They should not drawn to be white. If it’s a rough sketch or just an outline, that’s fine. But if there’s any shading, please do not ignore their skin tone!

So from now on, I won’t be accepting OC art if the skin tones are wrong. Again, I’m very sorry for this, but even if you drew something specifically for me, if it’s not the right character you might as well as not drawn my request at all. I know it sounds harsh, but I’ve honestly had this problem far too often. And I’m kind of on my last nerve here.

OC Headcanons That Nobody Asked For!

Roxanne was the one to teach Amane how to walk. And talk. And ride a bike. And all the other things a parent usually teaches their kid.

I've already mentioned Amane's first word in another post (Roh), but Roxanne's was a very clear shout for her "Mama".

Roxanne's official nickname for her girlfriend is Mir, pronounced like the mur that's in murder. (And yes, it's based on that one vine... I'll post a link if I come across it.)

Thiefshipping-plus-1 and I have a rabbit AU! with the Bakura family being rabbits. The names are as following: Bunkura, Rykura, Kefkura, and Mirkura.

Amane is strictly a Jason fan, while Melvin prefers Freddy. The two will get into long arguments during the Halloween season. (Which is very interesting to watch since Amane doesn't talk to him, and has to mime everything.)

Ooh,it really annoys me to hear people argue about whether or not reverse-racism isa thing. People might make assumptions about us, or assume that all whites actlike Americans, but that’s NOT racism. Racism is much, much worse. And yes, itIS still a major problem in the world!

Ah,there’s so many of them! So I’ll answer for all of my muses. ^_^

I’d like to see some more active YugiohOCs. I’ve seen quite a few sketchesposted on tumblr, but most of those roleplay blogs are fairly inactive.Considering how many Ryou blogs we have out there (not that I’m one to talk),we really should have a wider variety of new characters!

Ryou is looking for a good Amane blog (his sister not his daughter) to roleplay with.Preferably something with her being a ghost. There’s a few drifitng around outthere, but so far he hasn’t found any that fit his criteria yet.

Melvin is always looking for Ishtars. (Specifically Ishizu and Odion.) So far he’s only seen one blog for them so far, buthe’s always willing to roleplay with multiple accounts! There’s plenty ofMariks out there, but not nearly enough of his other siblings.

Roxanne isn’t really looking for any specific characters, but Amane needs some more female characters.(Whether that’s Mai, Ishizu, Serenity, or even an OC.) She finds it much easier to talk to girls, whileher sister doesn’t really have a preference.
