Inside the package was a sweater, incredibly soft, and seemingly inspired by a certain Batgirl.

“I saw it at the store, I figured it matched your style enough.” She said, rubbing the back of her neck, clearly referencing his habit of wearing striped sweaters. The heroine was a bit nervous, looking away before adding. “The - uh receipt is in the box, so if you don’t like it, you can go back to the shop and return it or get something else...”

Character in general:  Frisky frisk frisk friiiiiisk. Aka, I love the cutie patootie so much. Honestly, I do. I mean, they flirt with their mama, a skeleton and everything between. A+ child forever srsly.How they play them: SC R EaMS !! If you don’t already know I love your Frisk, I will just have to proclaim it to the heavens. Your Frisk is just so perfect and adorable and I want to squish their cheeks so much.  The Mun:  LET ME PET YOUR FACE. THIS ISN’T CREEPY I SWEAR. We need to talk more ooc cuz we haven’t done much of that, but I pretty much think the mun is rad and i’ve probably now been blocked for 888888 years for being creep. whoops.

Overall Opinion:  -Will Smith hands- This blog is ultimately one of my favs and definitely on my follow forever. Mun is precious and muse is adorable. I adore everything about this blog and dammit do I recommend everyone follow them. Seriously. Do it. Do it right now.

malachite:what my muse as a child thought they would be when they grew up

Gaster’s always dreamed of being a teacher like his mother, even though he really doesn’t have the personality for it- but as a child it was his biggest dream. Unfortunately his bright intellect and odd appearance made him something of a bully-magnet, and over the years that bright optimism and desire to help his fellow monsters-... well. It didn’t tarnish, exactly, but it did shift toward fields that required significantly less social interaction.

He did get to live out his old dream for a while, though- just after the war, when there were far more children than adults left alive, he served out a brief stint as a primary school teacher in the capital. Despite everything, he found it quite enjoyable, and it might have gone smoothly...

Were it not for the presence of a short, sassy, devastatingly intelligent little prankmaster and his hyperactive, constantly-shouting younger brother.

Gaster didn’t even last a year before retreating back to the safety of his lab.

mica:what my muse views as their worst personality trait

Definitely his shyness, a relic of those days of bullying. Gaster isn’t quite as bad as Alphys, but fear of misstepping and saying the wrong thing in conversation is a real issue for him. It doesn’t help that when he finally gathers up enough courage to actually talk, he tends to ramble; especially if the subject is one he’s interested in. More than one friendly chat has been scuttled when, after twenty minutes of expose on the properties of differential equations of the Nth degree, he realizes what he’s been talking about, shuts his mouth, and awkwardly backs out the nearest door.

Fascinating. Gaster’s always been captivated by the stars, and by the idea that there might be other worlds out there with other types of monsters and magic and science and knowledge that he hasn’t found yet. It’s one of the reasons why, after the monsters were sealed under the mountain, he tended to spend so much time in Waterfall; I have an idea that he might have been one of the minds behind the Star Room.

Ahhhh, this. He definitely tries to bring people up- but he isn’t always successful, since his idea of comfort tends to be in hard data, and the seeking and extrapolation of possible solutions. He tends to retreat into his experiments rather than face major emotional upheavals of his own, and so has little practical knowledge of how to help when others are in the same situation. His heart is in the right place, though; he’s definitely the type to notice if you’re feeling down, and maybe offer you some Cinnamon Bunny or a brief, really awkward hug. Past that, though, he tends to accidentally muck things up most of the time.

With his favorite music, or if it’s really bad, he’ll fly. There are moods that he’ll be in where he’s so angry or upset that nothing calms him down, except for time and space. If he’s having a panic attack, touching him is the last thing you want to do. He may strike out or panic further. Instead, the best thing to do is talk to him--from a safe distance, without getting too close and setting him off. After the attack is over is probably the best time for hugs. He’ll still be upset about it, but he’ll be calm enough to breathe and talk about it.

He prefers face-to-face talking, but he’ll text or call if need-be. Verbal is definitely a preference over text or on-screen.

Brave when it comes to others, and protecting the ones he loves. Sometimes, to the point of stupidity. His low points and fears mostly have to do with himself and his fear of his own lack of mortality. 

moss agate:if my muse has a high or low opinion of themself

... Y’know, it’s hard to tell with a guy like Nate. Mostly his opinion of himself rests on the actions of his past, of the war and the terrible things he had to do. To himself, he’s not as good as other heroes because of this, and because of his time under Eiling’s thumb. I wouldn’t say he think’s he’s..evil or bad, but he does kind of automatically value others’ efforts over his own. Kind of like humility to an extreme, or even a fault. To him, this view is normal and even healthy, when it’s v. obviously not.
