Summary: Artorias needs a fake date to satisfy his parents. He asks local pharmacist Manus to be it. Modern AU. This was gift fic for my friend @modounbubble. I wanted to wait until she read it before I promoted it on my blog. It is full of inside jokes and references, so it might not be too understandable for anyone outside of our friend circle, but enjoy regardless.

Manus and Artorias took one look at eachother, and knew that the other was the One. But Manus is a Tsundere, so for a time Artorias was heartbroken, all he wanted to do was pamper him. That heartbreak is when the abyss began to take Artorias, and that got Manus to take his guard down, for a time.
