I want this story to be in parts (like Aster and Liana's story would be separate for example) and she's a character that appears in the whole story.
Her family is what I would say lower nobility. They are as wealthy as maybe someone upper middle class. Most of her family are warriors or soldiers of some sort with the exception of a few, who make weapons or are merchants of some sort.
She has a brother. Her dad is still living, but her late mother held the title.
Amara knew the Princess Iris from childhood and had a long crush on her.
Amara was a guard for Iris for a short bit as a teen but she was recognized for her talent even at a young age and used for other purposes, like defense against the other empire.
She's a bit stern, kind of a Mama bear almost
She uncovered a conspiracy with the family of Princess Iris' lover Cyril Kisa and as a result mist of the family except Gemma and Aster (a baby) were executed.
Amara holds high favor with the king and he lets her do whatever almost with his armies.
She likes bows and wildflowers in her hair because they remind her of Iris and her gentle hands.
She has like past the shoulder hair she usually keeps up. Gray eyes, dark brown skin, a more muscular build and a scar on her left cheek.
She's a lightweight to everyone's shock.
Despite her animosity with the Kisa family she ADORES Aster and worries for his fate with Liana's empire.
