we need more fic that uses the awkwardness of the dean/amara dynamic. like maybe they're in an arranged marriage. or set up on a blind date. or amara is kinda vaguely dean's boss and thinks she has romantic feelings for him and dean feels obligated to play along despite being supremely uncomfortable with it but amara doesn't pick up on that at all because she thinks that's just what romance is and it turns out actually she's a lesbian. or maybe they have a marriage-for-profit (green card, health insurance, etc). i don't know but there are just so many opportunities for me to read about destiel shenanigans (cas really thinks dean loves her and there's angst!) while also reading about amara being a hot gay lady who has a vaguely antagonistic relationship with dean despite them having some sort of Understanding(tm) between them. i want to read it!
