The answer is: Yes and no!

Based on MC's sexuality and Amarii's partners friendship level, MC could possibly be also be involved with them in a romantic relationship.

Amarii's partners will be very much involved in Amarii's relationship with other people out of protectiveness. This means that Amarii will be difficult as you'll have to befriend his spouses.

Romance is an open option that I do plan for since Amarii's spouses were originally married to each other. Amarii just barged into their life and seduced the two of them.

TL;DR=You can be romantically involved with Amarii's spouses by your consent and if the spouses like you as well.
