Ooh! This is such a good question!

The answer is: Yes and no!

Based on MC's sexuality and Amarii's partners friendship level, MC could possibly be also be involved with them in a romantic relationship.

Amarii's partners will be very much involved in Amarii's relationship with other people out of protectiveness. This means that Amarii will be difficult as you'll have to befriend his spouses.

Romance is an open option that I do plan for since Amarii's spouses were originally married to each other. Amarii just barged into their life and seduced the two of them.

TL;DR=You can be romantically involved with Amarii's spouses by your consent and if the spouses like you as well.

This is Amarii. 

She was infected by Nuva’s virus and turned into one of his “Forgotten Warrior” thralls. While the virus kept her under her master’s control, it also lead to her body to decay over time; a process that could only be stopped when it was almost too late. In the end, her body and mind were freed.

With this being a revamp, the last picture shows her original appearance (far left if you couldn’t tell) when she was still one of the many build-to-be-beaten-up kind of MoCs for the comic.
