Bear with me, guys. While watching the ADULT crossfade today, I decided to go to Masa's channel and saw that he had livestreamed!! :D I INSTANTLY clicked and to my surprise, HE HAD DRAWN AMATERASU??? (๑°o°๑) I was SO happy, I legit did like 30 laps around the room and was jumping around and giggling and flapping my hands and stuff 😭😭 I was dancing for like the first 3 minutes of the stream when On Our 7th Celebration was playing lol.
She looks SOOOOOO cute!!! I love her... ❤️ THE LIL' HEAD TILT AND THE RAISED ARM LIKE IN THE PV..... And 'er tiny 'lil hands.....!!!! (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )づ♡ SHE LOOKS SO HUGGABLE!!!! I JUST WANNA SQUEEZE HER UNTIL SHE POPS!!!!!!!!! (∩˃o˂∩)♡ I hope it's for new merch (meaning we'll likely get more!!) I wouldn't be able to buy it though. Watching the whole stream was so exciting! Amaterasu's skirt looks a little strange. I thought it'd be like that one sketch of Amaterasu where she had what was seemingly a canon design because she appeared to have a hakama skirt. But no...! It may have just been an error and Masa forgot to color the sashes on her skirt cuz they do appear to be there, just colored pink. Also, her hair. It's VERY MUCH GRAY!!! Not purple, but ACTUALLY GRAY. That used to bug me so much about how purple the twins' hair looked in canon when they're supposedly gray-haired! Tbh, as Masa was coloring in the hair, when he made that line down the middle of the hair I thought it was gonna be two-toned green and blue, like the scrapped fusion idea, but that was unlikely, lol. He also used the Akki Yagyou/Demons March Amaterasu drawing as a reference for colors, and her hair was gray for some reason. Though it's CLEARLY dark turquoise in-video. Why'd he change it? He could've just used a different image to get the colors from lmao. He probably just wanted to use something more recent. But overall, I LOVE THIS!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT to see the finished product!!! I bet it'll look great! :) I explained the Sister's Story to my therapist last week after showing her my fanart, and I WILL be telling her about this later.
