Our small village of 200 people has 2 small shops. They only sell the basics: sometimes fresh bread, no fresh fruit or veggies, lots of millie or mais flour😂. All rural shops have burglar bars and you have to ask your stuff at the counter. Most of the time these shops are owned by people from other African countries. After school children come here to buy their supply of sweets and chips.
