#WeekOfWings Day 3 Double or nothing was the theme for yesterday's wing. There are a couple of things that I'm beginning to notice as I'm continuously using the creme gel liners by Colour Pop: they can be layered, they dry down to a matte finish and once they're in place they're not going anywhere which can be a good or bad thing. Let's say they I messed up the wing and wanted to fix it, if I don't do that within the first 15 seconds of applying it I'm going to have to go in with makeup remover to get the job done. You can see in some places that the white shoes through the forest green, the liner started to drag on my eyelid once I went on top of the white. I still love the product but I just want to let you guys know everything that I'm experiencing with it.

So let’s say your a minimalist and color really grinds your gears, well I’ve got something just for you! Today’s wing gives a classic black and white feel some waterline action to intensify look. Colour Pop’s crème gel liner in Exit and a random Maybelline eye studio liner come together to make the perfect medium shade of grey. I worked from the outside in with both colors to get the perfect blend; my natural brows and a coat of mascara made this dramatically classic look a bit more suitable for everyday wear. Hello everyone! I’ve decided to do weekly challenges to get myself back to blogging and doing my makeup on a regular basis. Believe or not, but I’ve been slipping in the makeup department. This week is all about winged liner so I’m kicking it off with a strong brow and lilac liner!

Majority of this week’s madness will consist of crème gel liners from Colour Pop Cosmetics. I used Piggy Bank (purple), Boots (pink), and Exit (white) to create this look. I mixed Boots and Exit to get the soft lilac at the beginning of my brow and topped it off with NYX Colored Mascara in Forget Me Not. For the lilac liner I mixed Exit with a little bit of Piggy Bank.

This is just the beginning of the week so stay tuned to see how you can jazz up your everyday cat eye.

I present to you a Lady Rainicorn inspired look!

I’m so happy with the way this look turned out! One of my amazing followers asked for a Princess Bubblegum inspired look so I decided to make a whole series of it! You don’t have to use these exact products but below is a list of the things I used to create this look.

Hey everyone! 

In this video I show you how to get defined curls that will last all week with just 3 products! I used the small grey perm rods, a wrap and set mousse, and eco styler gel. One thing I forget to mention in the video is that I curl each section of hair in the opposite direction so as the style ages my curls won’t clump together.

I did a full perm rod set on my hair and OMG, MY LIFE! I'm so happy cause I've been walking around like a troll for about a week now and this saved my hair. Doing this gave me the perfect curl I was looking for and it was super easy.

I sectioned off my hair and applied a wrap and set mousse to each small section before I wrapped the perm rod in my hair. The back and sides of my hair are a wash n' to with mousse and Eco Styler Gel. I followed a tutorial on YouTube but switched the products that work better for my hair. Whenever you watch a tutorial, always keep in mind that you don't have to use exactly what they are using. I got the same results with different products. It's all about technique.

Makeup Tip!

The secret to bright and vibrant eye shadow is a great base! NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk is my go to in almost every look.

The base gives the shadow something to adhere to and the white makes the color even more. You can use any eyeshadow crayon or pencil you have as a base. You can even use gel or mouse shadows as bases, as long as it is a bit tacky you can use it!
