Hey yall does anybody preordering botw Wii U from amazon dot ca have an estimated delivery date? I’ve never had one.
It also seems like both versions in the Canadian store are still in stock, as opposed to the US store.
Seems to me like the recent emails and delivery date issues are related to amazon dot com, but I would still like to be sure.
It seems odd that amazon dot ca would only receive its stock 2 days prior to the release date. I hope we won’t have a bad surprise.
As far as prices go, though, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of Canadians held back on the game. I know that I would’ve, if my sister hadn’t been kind enough to lend me her Wii U. Paying 500$ (minus taxes) for a game seems a little extra, and Wii U aren’t a given either. In fact, most seem to be more expensive than the Switch.
Update: I dug around and as it turns out, this is happening to everyone ordering BOTW Wii U in Canada. Seems like the estimate will either be updated later today, tomorrow or when the game is released.
Uh,, whats going on w/ this whole Amazon thing anyway?? the reports are making me rlly anxious tbh.... im wondering if this is happening worldwide or if this localized?? Like, say, the ppl getting weird messages/delivery status are getting their BOTW copy from the same place (say, a walmart in the US) or if the people were getting their copy from different countries???? So far my pre-order seems to be fine. If I remember correctly, my copy is coming from a store in Canada (which is also where I live.) but I'm still scared this whole bullshit could happen to me. Anyone could provide with more details?? Maybe it'll ease my mind a bit
