Yeah, I've had a lot of failures in life. And the fact is, when you look at people that are successful, look, I've made hundreds of millions of dollars in my life. And when you look at people like that, you look at people who made that kind of wealth, created that kind of money, you only see their successes. How many videos are there online of shots that Michael Jordan has missed? Not a lot. People don't create highlight reels of Michael Jordan missing shots. You see the ones that he's made.
You see the two seconds in the game and he makes the shot and everybody screams that was impossible and it happens. Those are the things that you see. So we tend to remember the wins, the successes of the people who we admire. But what we don't see is their losses. And one of the reasons is that there's probably a whole lot of them and I've had a whole lot of losses and I write about them again in my book Billion How I Became King of The Throw Pill Cult again you know. You guys check it out if you can get it at the library, if it's available get it on amazon. But in order to succeed, you have to fail.

All right, you paid 20 bucks for the movie. You're 15 minutes into it, your 20 bucks is gone. That movie is bad. Don't lose your time. Don't lose your time because you're just losing more. You're like, well, if I stay then I'm not losing the 20 bucks. No. If you stay, you're losing the 20 bucks and you're losing your time and your energy and your brain space and all that stuff. Movies aren't that good anymore anyway. Just watch Netflix. It's so much better. I think I've recommended it on the show before, but it's one of my all-time favorites and it's called Thinking Clearly or How To Think Clearly. I think I have it here actually. In fact it is called The Art of Thinking Clearly by Rolf De Belli and in The Art of Thinking Clearly, another great one, similar to that is Thinking Fast and Thinking Slow Daniel Kahneman. I think a lot of people have read that as well. You just got to know that sometimes you made a bad decision and that's okay, but you have to be able to stop and change directions rapidly. It's one of the keys of successful people, which is what I think you're leading to and I think you know that's a really salient point.

Learning the language that you need to be able to speak to that specific niche is going to be the difference between succeeding and failing. So I'm sure in your industry, Enriquez, there's a certain language and over the many years that you've become a master, agent, broker selling properties. You've mastered that language. You know how to sell a property. You know hey, I gotta get this photographer and take these angles of shots and I know I've got to write this kind of copy you know and I always get a chuckle out of the way. You guys write copy for properties. It's just hilarious um but you've got to write a certain amount of copy and then there's a certain way you got to talk to buyers, a certain way you got to talk to sellers and there's there's an art to it.
