A judge found that Amber H. can prove 12 of the 14 abuse allegations she made and Blarkes use this as their example of a woman lying. The self drag on this is too good.

I literally don’t know how anyone thot the case would go in his favor when the incidences of abuse she listed were already confirmed and corroborated by his lawyers back when they were getting divorced

You’d think now that it’s been proven once again that he did abuse her people would stop infantilizing him and hold him accountable for his own actions but nope. And listen, if he wants to try to counter sue her and press charges for abuse then he’s more than welcome to and we can see how that will play out in court as well. But can people stop saying she lied about being abused now??? It’s very much been proven she was abused

It’s evident neither of them are completely innocent but to me, personally, her side seems like a trauma response. Like when Melissa B from SG said that at some point she started returning abuse she was receiving.

It’s obvious both him and her did incredibly fucked up shite to one another. My issue is that it’s now been proven once again that, yes, he did abuse her and people still refuse to believe it but they have no problem calling her an abuser and holding her accountable. Keep the same energy

Well, for starters it wasn’t an amber heard trial. He was suing The Sun for libel because they called him a “wife beater.” This trial wasn’t about proving that amber abused him. It was about proving that he is not a “wife beater” and that The Sun’s false characterization of him lead him to losing money/job opportunities. The impartial third party aka the judge ruled that the evidence provided substantially proved that the magazine did not mischaracterize him. 12 out of 14 accounts of abuse were prove to have happened

I do know that he’s taking amber to court in the US. Presumably the trial will be held in California and California law states you cannot record someone without their knowledge so I’m not sure if the recordings will eve be admissible in court.

I personally find Delilah and Amber to be annoying as hell.
