To prevent the stomach problems I have been having I should avoid...

apples, milk, ice cream, cheese, carbonated drinks, carbs, some peppers, ect....

What did I eat today? Manicotti, milk, an apple, milkshake, a cup of dr pepper, two slices of vegetarian pizza... with peppers on them.
