Defamation Plaintiff #Johnny_Depp alleged #defamation against defendant #Amber_Heard. Heard filed a counterclaim against Depp with initial claim of: personal immunity to civil liability and both defamation and harassment by computer by Depp directly or through his agents. The #jury found that all statements from Heard were false and defamed Depp with actual malice. In regard to Heard's counterclaim, the jury found the second of the three of contested statements that Depp's former #lawyer Adam Waldman's had published in the Daily Mail to be defamatory and that this claim was false and defamed Heard with actual malice.
