Deceit x logan? I would love to a see Logan falling for a good deceit but he's the only one who knows deceit is good.
Logan used the tip of his index finger to push his glasses up his nose as he walked down the hallways, the walls still and in full focused, meaning that Thomas must be concentrating on something. Logan hoped it was some reading, but knowing how Thomas was, he was probably playing some game that had no educational value. Logan knew that there was nothing wrong with enjoying a game from time to time but he wished Thomas would read a little more than just looking at the back of cereal boxes in the morning. Logan cared for Thomas, he only wanted the best for him. At least, that’s what Patton said those…feelings were.
“I’m just saying if you would just go up to him-”
“Why the hell should I believe you!?” Logan stopped when he heard voices yelling and after a quick deduction, he knew who the two were.
“I know that you like him!” Logan was now standing in front of Virgil’s room, the door open and he could see that Deceit and Virgil were in the middle of a heated argument.
“Shut up!” Virgil grabbed the heavy book from his desk and lifted it, aiming to smack Deceit in the head.
“Virgil!” Logan ran into the room and caught Virgil’s arms. “We all know that violence is never the logical reaction for anger.” He said in a flat tone. Virgil let out a harsh huff of air through his nose.
“Get out of my room,” Virgil grumbled before letting the book and turning away.
“Wait! I-”
“Let’s go.” Logan cut Deceit off and lead him out of the room, shutting the door behind him.
“I just wanted to help.” Deceit said with slumped shoulders, walking down the hall with Logan.
“I know.”
“It’s not fun seeing Virgil pine over Roman like that. I like chaos and drama, but it’s starting to get sad.” Deceit had his arms crossed and was full-fledged pouting.
“You’re right.” Logan gently tapped Deceit’s shoulder to tell him to turn.
“Patton says that I should let them figure it out on their own. But it’s just so annoying!” Deceit threw down his hands and huffed.
“It can be.” Logan agreed. Logan had learned from experience that it was easy to just let Deceit rant and make some responses to let him know that he was being listened to. Deceit got very upset when he was ignored.
“Why don’t they trust me?” Logan noticed that Deceit had stopped walking. “I mean, yeah, I lie a lot, but I’ve taken so much time to work on that and I even changed myself physically so that it’s easy for all of you tell when I am lying if it’s not obvious.” Deceit started playing with the fingers on his gloves. “Is it because I don’t look like you guys? I’ve tried makeup to hide my scales but the only way I can is by using either black or purple and covering half my face with one solid color like that is probably worse. And my eye can’t handle contacts and…and…” Logan tensed up when he heard Deceit sniff and his eyes started going red from tears.
“Deceit?” Logan looked around. Where was Patton when he needed him? Logan had no idea how to handle emotions like this and he didn’t want to make things worse by saying a phrase wrong. He was working on that but he still needed his cards and those were currently in his room.
“I just want to be liked.” Deceit said. “I love being alone.” Deceit’s scales flashed purple before he looked up at Logan with wide eyes. “Do you like me?”
“I-” Logan felt his face beginning to warm up. It was just embarrassment of the moment…right? Nothing more…right? “I don’t hate you, so I guess that reasons out to me liking you,” Logan said, taking everything in him to keep a steady tone.
“Really?” Deceit perked up.
“Yeah!” Logan got braver when he saw that what he said had worked. “I guess you could say I really like you, fam.” Logan punched Deceit’s shoulder and winced, holding his sore hand. Deceit’s cheeks went red and Logan’s did as well, realizing what his phrasing had implied. Logan stiffened when Deceit placed a kiss on his cheek.
“I really like you, too.” Deceit said softly before walking away. Logan let out a little laugh. Deceit was probably just lying, his scales were…his scales didn’t go purple.
His scales didn’t go purple!
“P-Patton!” Logan called out and took off, really in need of some advice.

"Pans make the best brownies", I made brownies yesterday and when I woke up this morning, they were gone, my family devoured them. So i guess this statement is true.
Whenever I bake, I gotta cut a piece out and save it if I want any because everyone loves my baking.
