Lavender Spray: Lavender is said to help ailments from anxiety, depression, fatigue and even insomnia. It has been used in soaps and sprays for years, perhaps because its purpose is to leave a calming and soothing effect! To make your own lavender spray you will need:
1 cup distilled water
8-10 drops lavender essential oils (depending upon how strong you like the scent)
spray bottle.
Instructions:
Add the drops to the water and mix. Please note: Because it's an oil/water base, it will not mix well. Shake before each use.
Add into a small spray bottle and use wherever you need a good smell and some relaxation!
