AMD Ryzen 3 3300X, Ryzen 3 3100 Entry-Level CPUs Launched: B550 Chipset Coming Soon With PCIe 4.0
AMD Ryzen's new budget deal offers extra threads at cheaper rates.
AMD has fleshed out its work area Ryzen 3000 CPU family with the new Ryzen 3 3300X and Ryzen 3 3100 models, focused on passage level gamers, content makers, and home and office clients. Both depend on the equivalent 'Zen 2' chipset engineering and 7nm assembling process as their Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7, and Ryzen 9-arrangement partners. These are both quad-center models and don't include coordinated illustrations capacities. The Ryzen 3 3100 is evaluated at $99 (roughly Rs. 7,600 preceding assessments) and the Ryzen 3 3300X will cost $120 (around Rs. 9,200).
AMD guarantees improved performing multiple tasks execution on account of the utilization of multi-stringing, which past ages didn't have. The organization demonstrates enhancements of up to 20 percent in gaming and up to 75 percent in content creation undertakings contrasted with Intel's proportionally evaluated contributions.
The Ryzen 3 3300X is the most powerful of all with 3.8 GHz and 4.3GHz person base and lifting rates. The Ryzen 3 3100 offers base and lift paces of 3.6GHz and 3.9GHz separately. The two models have 18MB of reserve memory and are appraised for 65W TDPs. AMD keeps on supporting the equivalent AM4 CPU attachment that it has utilized since the first Ryzen work area CPU age, however, motherboard chipset similarity might be constrained to fresher models.
AMD is additionally presenting its worth centered B550 chipset, which self-control lower-end motherboards and will live close by the X570 which is focused on top of the line gamers, overclockers, and fans. The B550 acquaints support for PCIe 4.0 with the lower end of the market. As indicated by AMD, more than 60 motherboard models from Asus, Gigabyte, ASRock, MSI, and Biostar dependent on the B550 are as of now being developed.
The new Ryzen 3 3300X and Ryzen 3 3100 CPUs are required to go marked down in May, in spite of the fact that accessibility may be influenced by the continuous worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Motherboards highlighting the B550 chipset should dispatch in mid-June. The costs and accessibility in India are yet to be affirmed.

Next gen Microsoft Surface will use AMD’s Ryzen 5 3550U and Ryzen 7 3750U processors, New report suggests
notebook check reports that based on a well-known leaker that has seemingly revealed which AMD processors could find their way into Microsoft Surface devices in the not too distant future, Ryzen 5 3550U and Ryzen 7 3750U are final choices.
It’s believed it will be the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 that will come with an AMD option, processor configuration details have already supposedly leaked in regard to the Surface Pro 7 and all the CPUs currently mentioned for that particular device are from Intel. notebook check reports.
As we have reported earlier Microsoft used Intel to power its Surface range for the past 5 years. The recent vulnerabilities had a major impact on the reputation of Microsoft devices. Microsoft already developed some prototype Surface devices. Currently, the company is testing ARM and AMD chips that can run on those prototypes + Qualcomm Snapdragon chips to power some of the Surface Pro prototype.

AMD chips Now On Microsoft Surface 3
Microsoft decided to end its partnership with Intel and switch to AMD to power upcoming Surface Go, Surface Laptop, and Surface Pro devices. One interesting rumor floating around is that Microsoft will sell an AMD-powered version of the Surface Laptop 3. This would be a first for the Surface lineup. According to Petri, AMD will bring a 12-nanometer SoC codenamed Picasso that introduces a Zen+ Core with Vega graphics to at least one Surface Laptop 3 configuration. Microsoft is reportedly going that route because of its relationship with Intel is rumored to be “on shaky ground.” Going the AMD route could give Microsoft a path to lowering the starting price of the Surface Laptop 3, or offering a version with better graphics, which AMD chips typically offer.
With AMD, a 12nm Picasso SoC could be used in the Surface laptop. The Surface Pro, on the other hand, could be using that ARM silicon we talked about earlier. As for a potential announcement, Microsoft is expected to host an event this fall, focusing on its Surface range. The company is expected to announce updates to a wide range of hardware, and we believe that the changes will be seen in the internals rather than the design and physical appearance.

Microsoft already developed some prototype Surface devices. Currently, the company is testing ARM and AMD chips that can run on those prototypes + Qualcomm Snapdragon chips to power some of the Surface Pro prototype.
The next generation Xbox Scarlett consoles are powered by AMD chips. So, Microsoft has an extra reason to switch to AMD for its Surface devices CPUs as well. In terms of performance, Qualcomm-powered devices are comparatively less powerful than Intel-based laptops.

New Record, AMD Ryzen 9 3950X ES is now the “Geekbench record breaker”
AMD’s new Matisse desktop processors that smashed its way through Geekbench’s multi-core test recently; more precisely it was a Ryzen 9 3950X engineering sample (ES). Ryzen 9 3950X ES incredible results on Geekbench lately that had been amassed by a system known only as “AMD Myrtle” on the benchmark database. The single-core result was a huge 5,868 points, but that soon paled into comparison against the massive multi-core test score of 61,072 points. Geekbench entries can be tampered with, but thanks to an HWBOT submission, this particular record appears to be genuine.
