Pardon by my English, I'm Brazilian. Ok, I have a doubt and I think you are the best person to solve it. I know NQS is the adult version of Usagi, but I do not know if it's the future or even in this era? I suppose at some point after marrying, Usagi must have used his power to give immortality to the people of Earth and revealed himself as Sailor Moon, so she became queen. This is very strange for me, because it is difficult to believe that the whole world would accept a stranger as his lider.

Basically, everyone accepted her as their Queen because she saved Earth. Both the anime and manga mention that some cataclysmic event occurred before the birth of Crystal Tokyo (in the anime, the disaster seemed to be another ice age that froze the Earth); using the power of the Ginzuishou, Usagi was able to save the world and reverse the effects of the disaster. Then she was able to purify the population and grant them an extended lifetime of 1,000 years.

So, at this point, she's not really a stranger. She's basically the savior of the world. So I think it's reasonable that everyone accepted her as the Queen!
