The two of them had been hooking up for a while. He knew he shouldn’t be hooking up with an attending. It was wrong, and he was pretty sure it was against hospital policy, but then again nobody had to know. It was just casual sex between two consenting adults. He took a sip of his beer before getting up to make the place look somewhat presentable. Being an intern, he didn’t get much days off. And on his days off, it was spending time doing errands, or sleeping all day. He picked up the laundry basket and put it in his closet, and then kicked the pair of dirty scrubs under his bed. He then fixed his hair in the mirror, so that he didn’t look too homeless. “Hey,” He greeted with a smirk as he opened the door. “Come in.” He let Amelia through and shut the door closed.
