A small platter of apples carved in the best of his abilities to bring forth only the greatest of beauty as Vil request from him. Epel did have 3 more apples placed aside from the plate of finished sculptures but that was because he was not sure what other shapes the dorm leader would want to see. He fears his shapes were getting too repetitive at this point.

            “  hah  ??  ” leona huffs out, eyes narrowing. the other was picking a fight, he can sense it. he would LOVE to bite vil’s hand off (  and spit it out because he’s sure it’d taste nasty, just like the man himself  ) but unfortunately, being at school and not back home meant he needed to be CIVIL.            “  well, being the only son also seemingly makes you so…  ” leona vaguely repeats vil’s gesture right back at the man, “  ugh,  ” he concludes, arms crossing over his chest as he surveys the other male with disdain.            “  so what if i’m useless and would never amount to anything  ??  ” he sniffs, “ even without the blood of a kingscholar, i can form my own pride,  ” he comments  ;  in the savannah, blood helps but it wasn’t everything….everyone was equal, anyone could be KING if they tried hard enough…it just so happened that the kingscholars ruled the longest.            “  take away your lavish life, beauty products, magic,  ” leona lists, “ your money, technology,  ” he continues, “ you’re NOTHING. though, i guess,  ” leona hums, “  you’d still be able to get some people that’d idolize you and look up to you,  ” he shrugs, “  i guess you’d have your own merits. my USELESS eyes just can’t seem to find them,  ” leona concludes, shoulders lifting in a more exaggerated shrug as his eyes slips shut to emulate blindness.            this was exactly why he refused to socialize with the other dorm leaders  ;  they were always so full of it, looking down upon those who came from wilder parts of the world…they were wild, but not lawless  ;  they ran on survival instincts, but they weren’t stupid nor talentless. people like VIL left a bad taste in leona’s mouth and he wasn’t the type to dwell on personal feelings…or rather, emotions at all.            people like VIL who don’t take the step to get out of their own head to understand other cultures or people outside their norm and JUDGE right off the bat. sure, leona had a lazy way of ruling over his territory…but he, in the least, made an effort to understand each and every student that steps through savanaclaw’s threshold.             he was an indolent leader, but not a insensitive nor illogical ruler. he never really CARED to becoming the next in line…that was too much hassle, he was happy where he is. he believes he’s already doing enough and them some for his part...if people thought he was useless, so  ?? what are they gonna do about it but YABBER off  ??            leona chalks it up to jealousy, because he had something vil doesn’t. not sure what it is, and he’s too lazy to find out.
