It's really sad because we had the underlying marclo plot this episode, but we also got Lucifer and Maze dealing with the "what will it change if you 'know'" issue. If you put two and two together I think this lesson goes hand in hand with deckerstar and marclo.

Lucifer is trying to explain to Maze that she has no control over what other FREE humans do with their their lives and emotions, but the tragedy of it all is that Lucifer is just in the dark as Maze. If marclo continues to develop, and I think it will, Lucifer will be in the exact same predicament that Maze is in currently and, unlike Maze, Lucifer will have no one to turn to.

This lesson is important for the audience to learn too because the writers are preparing us for the angst to come in the future.

I still feel like the only reason Maze was so hurt by Linda and Amenadiel is because not only does she have feelings for Amenadiel, but I think she also harbors a crush for Linda as well.

As beautiful as Linda and Amenadiel were a few weeks ago, I'm a little worried with them moving this fast. I think Linda is taking a page from Lucifer's book and just reaching out to Amenadiel because he's "there". Not to mention that Linda already has a history of attaching herself to the most sympathetic and/or caring man (Lucifer) as a result of her broken marriage with Reese.

Don't get me wrong, if they play their cards right, I'm all for their relationship. I just fear that their relationship is one big coping mechanism, and not just for Linda. Amenadiel too. Amenadiel finally has someone to talk to about his fall, something he's been keeping quiet for a long time now. Linda is someone who sees him for as he is and doesn't turn away, and that's something that Amenadiel craves. Therefore, it's way to early for them to get together and have a healthy, long-lasting relationship.

I'm rooting for them, but I also fear for them. Their relationship is special and I have a feeling if their love goes sour, so will their friendship. I'm interested to see what becomes of them.
