Opinion | Trump is reviving the policies that once darkened the world

Europe has gone 73 years without a war, the longest stretch in two millennia.

Donad Trump is old enough to remember the beginning of the Cold War.  He was old enough to hide under his desk during bombing simulations.  He was old enough to have avoided the Vietnam War.

Donald Trump does not have the comprehensive skills to handle the real world of today. His threat to our beloved liberal word order is nothing more than the sad and isolated views of a demented brain, and a possibly drug addled one.

The world scares him that way it does someone in the early shows of dementia.  

Act quickly Congress.  You are a coequal branch, act like it.

It’s 2018, fascism and nationalism do not suit us.  

We are the shining city on a hill.  A country of a billion lights.  The world’s protector.  I won’t let some incompetent, self-serving, corrupt, embarrassment of a man take my American Exceptionalism from me. My Fellow Americans, we deserve better.

Today is the fourth of July

I woke up this morning precisely at three am to the sound of my neighbors shooting off fireworks. I flung my window open and screeched "MURICA" and we screamed it back and forth for a solid thirty minutes. I am now readying myself with red white and blue war paint, listening to a reading of the constitution, and holding my pet bald eagle. If you aren't doing this too, how dare you call yourself a true American.
