From Bigfoot/Sasquatch to bison/buffalo.
I decided to make a Reddit post, and was quickly reminded why I hate Reddit. The post about the culling of feral horses, how they’re highly damaging to ecosystems in North America, how the Wild And Free Roaming Horses and Burros act should be repealed, etc. specifically, I brought up local megafauna like deer, elk, moose, and bison, and how horses heavily compete for the same resources. Someone legit tried to claim that bison populations before Columbus weee “wack” and that the culling of bison and introduction of feral horses were good things. What the fuck is wrong with people. That is some settler colonial bullshit right there. I’m typically kinda 50/50 on the idea of reparations but personally I think that one guy should have ti give 1 million dollars to every Native American and also every ecology group.
