The Neighbourhood
I love a British newcomer but America beat us on this one! The Neighbourhood are one of the best rising bands I've heard in a while. I saw them supporting The 1975 on their most recent UK tour. They had a great balanced set up, good beats, great melodies. They were good performers and got everyone dancing and excited for the headliner, I was well impressed. I think they are also a good band to check out if you are a developing drummer, good simple beats that are so effective and will really add some knowledge to heavier drummers looking to expand their improvisation. Only flaw I found with this band is that they need more stuff! And I think a new sound would be good with their new album. In my opinion, they are a band that should definitely develop with each song because their sound is so good, they won't loose fans from changing it up a bit. Really excited to hear what they come up with next! -
