Well today was final day of championship. I didn't sleep a wink last night. Well headed out this morning with game plan. Had three spots I was rotating to. Got to first spot bam put three in the boat. Had about seven pounds. Heading to what I considered my big fish area. 9n the way there Yep blew the motor up. Took me over 4.5 hours to get back to launch area. I had the plan but did not count on mechanical failure. Well such is life. Am I disappointed yes but I can't let it get to me. Next season starts in a month. Hope to have engine fixed by then. I want to thank my wife for her support this weekend. She traveled back and forth from home every day to support me. ABA Ram Open fFlorida championship update. Ended today in second place when I left the scales. Half the field didn't catch a limit so it's looking good.
