“Nagiii you’re so cuteeee. It’s unfair.”
You had this little smile on your face as you spoke, practically laying on top of him while poking his cheek. He huffed but didn’t do anything to move you, and instead let you treat him like your personal body pillow. He didn’t mind this at all, actually. Getting to lay down while also getting your affection? It’s a win-win if you ask him.
He cracked an eye open just slightly when he felt your lips on his cheek, then his nose. He watched — with the tiniest, most relaxed smile he could muster at the moment — as you started pressing kisses all over his face. He closed his eye again when you kissed underneath it. He could feel your hands cupping his cheeks, and he let you tilt his head from side to side so you could find more places to kiss him. He was so cute you could cry.
You stopped kissing him abruptly, scooting down a little so you could wrap your arms around his neck and hide your face in the area where his neck meets his shoulder. You sighed and gave him a small squeeze. He was so soft, too. You just wanted to squeeze him until he popped, but you didn’t. You settled for holding him tight instead.
“Mmf… you’re squeezing too much.”
“Sorry, Sei. You’re just cute.”
“Uh-huh. Sure.”
You rolled your eyes at him but didn’t say anything further. Instead, you closed your eyes and kept clinging to him. You loosened your grip on him, of course, but you didn’t let go. Not one bit. You’d always loved clinging to him like this, and you only ever let go when you absolutely had to. He was always so adorable, too.
Your boyfriend really was a life-sized teddy bear.
