although im excited for the last chapter, whenever the topic of isayamas beliefs come up people always say shit like “do you even read the story!! he is obviously against genocide!” but the stuff he has allegedly tweeted on his private twitter is def concerning and takes away enjoyment from his work overall

idk it just pisses me off when people vehemently defend him. its okay to admit you enjoy his work and still acknowledge that he has very harmful views. and also not be rude to people when they question if its really okay to separate his views from his work and whether his views legitimise the message of the manga.
