Thinking about ammunition control makes me think about that guy who lived behind my parent's house who was doing backyard archery with armor-piercing arrows. Advocates say the major hurdle to effective ammunition control a quarter century ago - laborious cross-referencing of criminal databases - has been made easier by technology.
What's missing in U.S. gun control scramble? Bullets
I know the video is supposed to be funny and comedic but there is a very valid point to ammunition control. It's like the saying "It's like giving a monkey a loaded gun." The monkey cant do harm if the gun isn't loaded.
