☆ –;; It'd been a few days since he'd first woken up at Home. Catching up to the rest of the world around him was still a surreal experience, even with what his last counterpart had left behind to aid him.
The Gemini Stones were a part of that inheritance; through their magic use, he's able to be at downtown Fibonacci significantly quicker than regular transportation apparently would allow. The air here is noticeably polluted, but not by so much as to irritate his lungs. With the odd pair of a skyscraper-canyon environs, it's close to how the outskirts of JuLai had been, two and a half years ago.
There's an vague familiarity to the sound of the footsteps coming up behind Vash. So when his attention is solicited by what might be a stranger, the Stampede doesn't flinch, instead turning around calmly to meet him—though he doesn't expect to have to look up as much as he does.
"Hello," Vash says. He pauses, intending to say more right away, but… The details about the other man's face provoke an expression of surprise in him, then something nearing recognition—before he shapes it further into an apologetic look, worn voice continuing: "...Ah. Y'need something?"
