What do you stand behind? Desiree Rabara: Understanding that life is beautiful. Trusting the process. Who do you most admire in life? And why? Desiree: My Mom. Being a teenager who had a baby at a young age, going through drugs/rehab, getting clean, starting her life over, becoming everything she thought she wouldn't be. Today, she is so hard working, admirable, loving and moving forward. She is the definition of making your dreams coming true and never giving up on life. #AmorousAbyss No.151
What do you stand behind? Aneesah: I stand behind individuality, believing in oneself, going after your dreams, female empowerment, and creating something new every day. Even if it's just a list of things-to-do/accomplish. At least you're starting somewhere. Rome wasn't built in one day, so you can't expect everything you dream of to fall into place immediately, but if you work hard, are patient and persistent, it'll be worth it in the end. Also, there's nothing more bad ass than a woman sticking up for herself, while going after what she wants. I'm all for female empowerment. We're here to encourage one another, not bring each other down, so go out there and seize the day ladies! #GetItGurl If you could live another 100 years, what would you want to accomplish and why? Aneesah: If I could live another 100 years, I'd like to accomplish time travel or teleportation. I think it would be fun to cross timelines and be wherever I want to be at any given moment, but since I can't do that I'll settle for traveling the world. I yearn to immerse myself in each countries culture and potentially base myself in Paris, Berlin, NY, and LA to spread my affinity for art and music. I like to curate events that bring people together, get communities involved, and also give back to those in need by hosting events with a cause. If I could spread that joy overseas, that would be everything. There's so much to see in the world, and I really feel like I was meant to be international or at least bicoastal. #AmorousAbyss No.150
What do you stand behind? Yarin: I stand behind believing in yourself and in your dreams. I grew up always wanted to be a singer, but I was always too shy or too scared of the reaction I would get from others. But soon as as I left my fears behind, I started to believe in myself. So many opportunities came to me and I got signed by a label. Dream big. Anything is possible if you really believe it. Who do you most admire in life? And why? Yarin: Life because sometimes we take it for granted. #AmorousAbyss No.148
