2) Has writing a fic ever changed your opinion of a character?
yes 10000% yes. writing from the perspective of characters that are in love with them almost always makes me find them more attractive—or at least, easier to understand the attraction? i think this happened the strongest w ryoko and ayeka from tenchi universe in “another thing entirely” bc they’re both so annoying but after i wrote their fic i had to concede they were also both babygirl
9) The two fandoms you’ve written the most have been suddenly crossed with each other! What AU are you writing?
two fandoms i’ve written the most for ars paradoxica and fullmetal alchemist !! i think you could do a Lot with a crossover, from a world building perspective alone, like, there are characters in fma who would LOVE time travel and characters in apx that would LOVE alchemy for sure. personally i want esther roberts and riza hawkeye to become besties and bitch about their coworkers together <3 and i think we should keep sally and ed far away from each other in case they blow something up
10) What’s a phrase you catch yourself using in multiple fics, not necessarily on purpose?
i don’t know about phrases specifically but i was once called out for using “incredulous” in like all of my writing and like. i will not stop it’s a great word
