For the first time in all my travels to Paris, we mainly walked and stopped outside for coffees and drawing and apéros 🥂 Have never been a tourist here before so first time up to the Sacré Cœur and down the Rue des Martyrs, and walked the Canal St Martin which is wonderful. Berthillon Ice cream along the Seine. Outdoors on the Canal to watch the Pétanque players (très sérieux et génial). Miles and miles and filled a sketchbook and will make a reel. And delicious dim sum at #grosbaorestaurant worth the short wait after noon rush. ‘Les règlements sont les règlements’ dont one eats on a certain schedule.
