canonception - after the events of the show, i was... kinda a system..? the core left a copy of itself, or at least a few of its members, in my brain as a last resort if anyone used all three stones and got rid of the moon issue. it couldn't control me anymore, or front using system terms, but it was always there in the back of my mind. after i moved it started... loosening up on the 'destroy the world' plans, because i was giving it what it wanted, attention and more knowledge. after a while it became a friend---not really what i expected of something who possessed me, but hey, it turned out fine! the core isn't in my mind here, i'm pretty sure, and this system has a lot more than just me and an interdimensional hivemind god so it's pretty different

I'm starting to think this guilt might be lifelong and everlasting. Anyway: Anne, Marcy. I'm so sorry for everything I did back on Amphibia, back home before Amphibia, and any fuck-ups I've pulled afterwards. If I could repay you for all the help you've given me after all my bullshit, I'd do it a thousand times over. And I'm sorry to those of Amphibia too. The Plantars, all of Wartwood, Grime, every member of the Resistance---if I'd just been a bit more open to improving, a bit more willing to learn... maybe everything wouldn't have gone as badly as it did. I'm happy with where I ended up despite it, and I can only hope that those I encountered---be it a negative or positive for either of us---ended up happy as well. Sincerely, Sasha Waybright. canon scholars -- despite being mostly self-taught i did take a course on magic in the rebuilt newtopian university after the war was over and the core was defeated. since andrias's caste system was abolished they stopped letting in almost only newts and i got to actually have a go at what they taught. i ended up teaching the class a bit more than i learned, though.. turns out hands-on experience does way more than only reading off descriptions. after that i went on to do my own stuff (including opening an apothecary shop in wartwood, though i did still help my dad with the bakery on the side) and i was encouraged to do so by my professors. they said my skill was 'unmatched' and would 'make waves in the magic industry' or something.. all things considered i guess that did happen. otherwise i wouldn't have been one of the amphibians sent to explore that other continent. --maddie flour, amphibia (tag as fictive, ty)

I doubt you two want to hear from ME of all people, but I- I need to get this off my chest even if neither of you ever read this.

I dont forgive myself, you two dont have to forgive me either. I beat myself up alot for what happened, for getting us stuck in amphibia on purpose because I just- wanted to be with you guys a little longer. I wasnt ready to move, but that was MY issue and it wasn't fair to you guys to rope you into this mess. Im sorry im so so sorry and I cant express that enough.

And that's uh, why im trying to better myself now, learning from my past mistakes and helping the system out!! Little things like helping with school, helping with the littles,, stuff like that!! Im trying to be a better person, and i can hear you two naggin me not to be so hard on myself ehe,,,

I want you to see how much I've grown, I- want to know if were still friends. Could we still be friends? I dont even know if youd wanna talk to me actually, which, I understand if you wouldn't. I wouldn't either. I just hope you two know how much I miss you, Anne and Sash. I love you guys. You were, and always will be the greatest friends I could ask for, even if we had ups and downs.
