AGENT OREGON aka Otis “Oats” Chambers

Initially worked in Search and Rescue before getting deployed to fight for the UNSC where his skills as a feild medic got him scooped up by project freelancer.

While he cares greatly for his teamates, he is a pacifist at heart with his priorities set on saving others. Because of this he both is constantly questioning authority and his purpose as a soldier. This only worsens as he watches his teamates get pitted against eachother for a place on the leader board.

He is closest with North, who is his partner, but also gets along well with Texas due to often being put on missions with her to sooth the directors anxieties about keeping her safe. He's for the most part friendly with everyone else, but clashes a bit with anyone willing to blindly follow authority or jeopardize team safety for personal gain.
