Groupon gets a good deal in terms of online love, according to Amplicate
NEW YORK, May 12 - While some commentators this week have called Groupon the “fastest growing company in history,” the brand is also scoring well with the online community.
With a public approval rating of 74 percent, Groupon is ranked among the Most Loved Deal Websites on Amplicate, an online opinion collating resource that accounts for more than 95 million public opinions of social media users.
The most dramatic spike in positive opinions occurred in February 2011, when the company embarked on its first offline advertising campaign at Super Bowl 2011.
