she must be insane.

     “Didn’t expect to run into a U.A student at this time or place...” the villain comments, peering around, noticing no one else was near her or in the area to that matter. A grin appears on his maw.

     “So you’re alone, huh? Tell me.. do you know who I am?”

Quirk bonding

Catching up after their last interaction, Desmond and Leia texted often, she was one of his only Japanese friends he could actually hang out in person with. All of his other friends were in Oregon; and he missed them dearly and the family back there as well. Often Leia would catch him out of it staring into the sky or looking at map, menus and stuff from Portland.

So to break him out of the rut, she offered to train with him at U.A, so Desmond agreed, anything to make him better or stronger; with some favors called in Aizawa called some teachers from Shiketsu High School to help. Alongside a small group of other students they were gonna go through a series of test, similar to a gauntlet where a pair of students will team up to help civilians out of traps, guide each other through obstacle courses. Desmond was certainly nervous to slow Leia down.

“This isn’t as intense as the courses back at home, normally there’s alot more death traps.”

@amplifyingtrace​ whispered:  "Arabella? Is there anything I should always keep on hand for first aid supplies? Ummm! What I mean is, what would be the ones I should make sure to have a lot of as I'd need them the most?"

{ ♪ } -- “The things I use most are adhesive bandages and antibiotic ointment. That’s good for small injuries that are just big enough to need attention. Some sort of wet wipes, too. They don’t have to be alcohol wipes, but those are certainly useful. Aside from that, I make sure to keep plenty of cloth bandages and medical tape, too... Just in case the bandages I buy aren’t self-adhering. There’s also some general pain relievers, acetaminophen and ibuprofen can handle most things, but aspirin is good to have too. There’s a lot more that is really good to have in the instance you need it... But those instances are kind of rare. Stuff like an emergency blanket or an instant cold compress. I can make a good list for you for a well-stocked first aid kit, if you like?”

   Ah.. And she rambled again. Feeling color rise to her face, she rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly.

     “Sorry... That was a lot of information shoved at you all at once. It’d probably be easier if I wrote stuff down...”

"Look, Trace, time is of the essence with search and rescue missions." His sniffer is huffing along even as they speak, surveying the landscape.

"Since it's your first time internin' with me, I brought you along on one that's not urgent. Nobody's hurt, we're just finding and helping some hikers back to the mountain trail. But we should treat it like it is." He squats down low, observing something imperceptible.

"You're free to use your quirk, but I expect you t' use discretion. Sometimes raw power won't do you any good out here. Got it?"

Halloween Themed  /  Accepting!

Dabi's gaze flickered up his own work, pale fingers twisting to loosen his grip on the knife he'd been using to carve pumpkins with her. It was still... funny, watching Leia so happily spend time with him, despite the fact that he knew the girl was smarter than that. Knew that, surely, she'd figured out what he really was by now.

And yet here she sat, carving pumpkins with an armed villain, seemingly without a care in the world. The kid had guts, he'd give her that much.

❝ You really are. ❞  Stitched lips twisted with the impulse to smile wider. Reaching out with the hand that wasn't holding a knife covered in pumpkin-guts, he softly ruffled her hair.  ❝ Told you, kid — practice makes perfect. ❞

Eri gently marked off another day of her calendar with a red crayon, gazing at the reminder that she had set for herself labeled “day with Leia.” She had been looking forward to this day for quite some time now, occasionally asking those taking care of her if they had heard anything from Leia herself or just expressing her excitement to them about their upcoming get-together. They all would indulge her and shared equally in her enthusiasm, but she was worried that she might be inconveniencing them by bringing it up all the time. This was why she kept her inquiries and excited ramblings mostly to herself. 

But goodness was it hard to contain!

She put on one of her dresses and made sure that her hair was brushed and neatly parted, even asking others to make sure that she looked presentable. Sure she may be worrying too much, but she wanted Leia to know that she really was looking forward to today- even if that would be painfully obvious just looking at her joyous expression whenever Leia was around. 

When there was a knock at the door, the girl rushed over and almost tripped over herself trying to get there as quickly as possible. She opened the door and peeked out from behind it, wearing a smile from ear-to-ear. 

“Big sister Leia! Big sister Leia!”

“Leia...” He was back at UA, and no one would let him leave. The idea of a break was appealing, but even if he wanted to, he physically was unable to relax. There was a reason that the fourth user lived as a hermit. Now superpowered by One for All, the Danger Sense quirk was screeching.
