The truth is, today was a very strange day... Today is day 7 of #amswellnessweek And I was SUPPOSED to wake up early and go watch the sunrise. But, instead I ended up snoozing all my alarms until 11am. Then I just lay in bed for another two hours.. Doing nothing at all. I felt lethargic, and a little down to be honest. Today started off as one of those days you wish were just cancelled. Then, I got up, did a bit of work and finally did some yoga. This is exactly what I needed. Yoga. Movement. Bending my body, building up a sweat and releasing all that negative energy I was storing inside me. So, for day 7 of AMS Wellness Week, i’m not challenging you to do anything. I’m ASKING you, when you feel under the weather, what is the one thing that almost always works? That one thing that brings you back to life? That one thing that lets you breathe again? It can be something. It can be someone. It can even be a simple thought or memory. It can be whatever you want!
